Structures We Remove
Wood and metal storage sheds and small workshops taken down, loaded and hauled. Contents need to be emptied first, or ask about a cleanout as part of the job.
Detached garages and carports removed for approved projects. Slab removal is quoted separately because concrete is reviewed for weight and disposal.
Complete residential house demolition after permits, utility disconnects and hazardous-material assessment are confirmed for the property.
Older barns, pole barns and farm buildings on rural property. Structural condition and access are reviewed before any work is scheduled.
Rotted or unwanted decks, porches and steps removed and hauled, whether you are rebuilding or reclaiming the yard.
Old wood, wire and board fencing pulled and hauled, including fence lines grown over with brush.
Workshops, playhouses, chicken coops, well houses and other small structures taken down and cleared from the property.
Approved removal of smaller commercial buildings and site structures, plus demolition debris hauling for contractors.
Slabs, footings, walkways, brick and masonry hauled for suitable projects. Dense loads are planned around legal weight limits.
Complete Demolition & Hauling
Our heavy-duty grapple truck can perform approved demolition work, mechanically load debris, and haul it away.
We handle suitable wood, concrete, brick, roofing materials, and other accepted construction and demolition debris.
Projects are evaluated for access, structural conditions, material weight, permits, utility disconnections, and disposal requirements.
The Equipment
57-YARD GRAPPLE TRUCK. The nominal 57-cubic-yard body is not a guarantee of usable load capacity. Actual loading depends on material density, legal payload and boom clearance. Concrete, brick and other dense materials are evaluated separately.
Approved Work Only
Demolition permit needs are set by the city or county where the property sits. Permit requirements are confirmed for each project before work is scheduled.
Power, gas, water, sewer and other service connections must be properly disconnected or capped before a structure comes down.
Structures may contain materials such as asbestos or lead paint that require assessment and handling under applicable rules before demolition.
Structural condition, attached or neighboring buildings and anything requiring engineering input are reviewed project by project.
Truck approach, overhead clearance, ground conditions, setbacks and nearby structures determine what work is practical.
Accepted materials, disposal requirements and legal road weight limits are reviewed. Dense concrete and brick are evaluated separately.
Pricing is project-based and confirmed after review. Request a free estimate for your property.
Service Area
Coweta, Fayette, Henry and Spalding counties, plus the South Fulton area of Fulton County. Serving Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fairburn, Palmetto, Hampton, McDonough, Griffin, and surrounding communities.
FAQ
Yes. ForestryWorx offers complete house demolition for approved projects. Each house is reviewed for permits, utility disconnections, hazardous-material assessment, structural and site conditions, access and disposal requirements before work is quoted and scheduled.
Yes, for suitable projects. Concrete is very dense, so the nominal 57-yard body does not mean 57 yards of concrete. Concrete loads are evaluated separately for material weight and legal payload.
Yes. Brick and masonry debris hauling is available for suitable projects. Like concrete, brick is heavy, so loads are evaluated for weight, legal payload and disposal requirements during the quote.
Permit requirements vary by city and county and are confirmed for each project during the quote process. Utilities must be properly disconnected before demolition. We review these items with you before any work is scheduled.
Hazardous-material assessment is part of the project review. Structures that may contain regulated materials must be assessed and handled under applicable requirements before demolition proceeds.
No. The 57-yard figure is the nominal body size, not a guaranteed usable load capacity. Actual loading depends on legal weight, axle limits, material density and usable space.
Not for suitable projects. Our grapple truck mechanically loads debris and hauls it away, so many projects do not need a rented dumpster on site.
Pricing is project-based. It depends on structure size and type, materials, access, permits, disposal and the volume and weight of debris. We do not publish fixed prices; request a free estimate.
